a bit of a weird one here.....

i know exactly how pregnant I am from my dating scan: 15 weeks and 4 days today
but because my cycles are long and ovulate later than normal, those pregnancy calculators don't work.....

anyone know one where you type in how pregnant you are and it gives you a due date

people give me weird looks when i say i am due sort of end of february/early march

Theer was one on here the other day - think it was that you added 15 days to the date of your last period and then took away 3 months.

So my last period was 7th Feb - I add 15 days so it is the 22 Feb and then take away 3 months so should be the 22 Nov!!

F Me!! Hope not is x2bs b'day and I have been given a date of 13th which I would like to be at least near - another 2 weeks would drive me mad!!

IGNORE ME COMPLETELY!!!

katzguk · 17/09/2004 14:36

no but will go and have a hunt for you

poppyseed · 17/09/2004 14:37

There's some on line I seem to remember - do a google search and I'm sure you'll find one. Bear in mind that scans are approximate and can be out by quite a bit, but all exciting whatever!!! Congrats again

popsycal · 17/09/2004 14:37

but thats just it twinkie.....my cycles are 33 days long and I ovulate at about day 22....
the scan put my dates back about a week compared to the date of last period....

try this one
due

you might just have to work out when 12 weeks is

katzguk · 17/09/2004 14:40

sorry miss read that one! doesn't do what i thought it did

katzguk · 17/09/2004 14:42

this one lets you put in the cycle length

date

Twinkie · 17/09/2004 14:45

Either way whatever you do it you won't be able to guarantee anything baby will come when it wants, some stay in for longer than other so just give people a rough date and then wait and see what your midwife says!

Or use this - sorry can't do links without having to think for about an hour!!

popsycal, your due date is at 40 weeks. So if you're 15w4d, your due date is 24w3d from today (haven't got a calendar handy). Now that you're pregnant it's irrelevant how long your cycle is - your due date will always be at 40 weeks.

fairydust · 17/09/2004 14:49

babycenter

popsycal · 17/09/2004 14:50

hmmm
why didnt i just think of counting to 40 weeks on the calendar
duh!

OP posts:
popsycal · 17/09/2004 14:52

hmmm
doing that gives me 1st march
which is earlier than those calculator things say if I put the stats in (which were too early according to my scan)
oh well
end of feb/beginning of march it is!

Twiglett found this one when we were all debating dates on the May thread - would it help?

healthlink.mcw.edu/article/923526833.html

Seemed pretty good to us but we might just've been easily pleased at the time what with all those hormones flying about

popsycal · 17/09/2004 20:34

hurray!!!
by going on libb's site and doing a bit of jiggery pokery(ahem!) my due date is
monday 7th March!
Hurrah!
