Itchy roof of mouth every night! WHY?!?!

Every night when i get in bed the roof of my mouth gets soooo itchy i dont no why!, this neverrrr happens! Its so anoying and stops me from getting to sleep😫 anyone else had this or no why its happening?x

Currently scratching mine with my tongue! Argh! It’s always allergies for me so it may be that pregnancy has given you hay fever (yay!) or I have noticed my hay fever much worse this year and mainly morning and evening.

Hayfever?
Do you eat or drink anything before bed specifically, like any fruit or anything?
