I've been really bad lately and worried about the affects on baby (and tbh me!)

I get so hungry and have been a bit stressed at work an anxious as still can't even feel baby at 24 weeks. What are some good snacks? I also eat heaps of fruit. Very very bored of nuts haha!

Popcorn. Massive popcorn fan....so maybe biased.

What about a bowl of cereal? I ate about 1000 bowls of coco pops throughout my pregnancy! 😂

I think I need to take some into work. Good idea!

I need help on this too! 34 weeks today and the only snack that really sounds good is chocolate preferably cadbury dairy milk or salted caramel fudge kitkat chunky

Sparkle733 · 10/07/2019 19:56

Rice cakes, flap jacks, toast, cereal, mini cheeses.. My main things haha

Yogurt or fromage frais? You could buy it unsweetened and mix in sesame / sunflower /pumpkin seeds / low sugar high cocoa chocolate chips.

Leleophants · 10/07/2019 20:26

@squishee this is sounding promising...

I need to buy some stuff for the fridge at work I think but I hate carrying loads of things in Confused but this is also an excuse...

Just squeeze in another mini meal - something like peanut butter on bagel, cup of soup, salad etc.
