Tested positive but came on period when due?!

Okay so my last period came a week late which is so unusual but I didn't have unprotected that month so couldn't of been pregnant. The week after I came off that period I had unprotected whilst ovulating. For like 2 and a half weeks I was having the weirdest dreams and my sleeping pattern was all over the place, i kept getting like a sharp burning metal taste/sensation in my tongue. Smells make me nauseous and i brokeout thought maybe but I had no sore breasts so thought maybe it's because I've been taking tramadol. So the week my period is due I'm expecting cramping and crying like always but nothing so then day before my Period was due I took a test and it was a faint positive. That night I started to cramp and then bleed at first it was hardly anything which again isn't normal. The next day things had become heavier like a normal period and Then the next day when I went to the toilet I noticed there was a pinkish snot like discharge which I have never ever had before along with black clotting. So the next day I'm still heavy and cramping and today no cramps and not as much bleeding but more then what I normally would on day 4 (I normally only stay one for around 5 days). The thing is my nipples are harder then usual, I'm so tired, I've got migraines, loss of appetite, smells are so strong and making me feel nauseous. Burning metal taste is stronger, terrible indigestion. So is it worth taking another test? Do you think it was a false positive and it's the medication I'm on?

After bleeding and clots I'd definitely test again. Could be a chemical. Then again all could be fine. I think you just won't know until you test again (maybe in a couple days). Hope you're ok.

@leoxo Tramadol is such a strong pain killer it can have many side effects, what test did you use and did you look at the test in the time frame it stated?

I would defo re test with a FRER x
