Where can I buy proper cotton maternity pyjamas?

Hi!

Looking for some over the bump pyjamas, made of proper thin cotton (not flannel, not jersey) which are over the bump (this bit can be jersey I guess, although I have had some which are just wider on waist but still have slim leg)

Anyone seen any?

M&S. not actual maternity but the bands are so stretchy so just size up if you need more room.
