Hit a brick wall today...

Nearly 38 weeks.

Today I feel like I've hit a brick wall. I have slept most of the day today which is so unusual for me. My nips are leaking slightly, I have pgp and horrendous heartburn that won't shift today.
I am now slightly anxious about labour but cannot wait till our little bundle is here, but I can't help but feel totally scared. I'm pretty much housebound with the pelvic pain and can't do anything expect watch TV as the least wee thing takes it out of me. Apparently the baby is nearly engaged which I suppose is good news =)

Does anyone else feel like they have hit a brick wall? I suppose I'm just feeling sorry for myself today.

I’m 38+5 and felt similar a few days ago. Was full of energy then wham, felt like lying down all day. Unfortunately, having a toddler it’s not really an option unless we watch Peppa Pig all day 😂
I’ve had loads of energy recently, I’ve been painting my kitchen as well as chalk painting a cabinet for the babies room.. I think I need to slow down if anything!

I just take it one day at a time. Getting bored now though and looking forward to him arriving.
X

Thanks ladies, I'm Sure it will pass, but I've been feeling so MEH the last couple of days and today has been the worst.

I don't think I'd cope looking after a toddler haha. Hat of to you!

You just cope because you have to. The only upside is having gone through it once before it’s never easy, so you embrace it. Having a new born is daunting too and nothing like you expect it to be! My toddlers prepared me for the worst 😂
Thank god for kids tv and mumsnet!
