I think if it’s an odd colour, then get checked out. Could be an infection, but if Its clear then it would sound normal to me as you do produce more discharge in the first trimester, then it calms down again.

@SamRwl oh my goodness, I'm experiencing the same and totally freaked out that it was a sign of an MC. I'm 9+3 and I've had it for about a week and it's got heavier. I've had a scan last Monday so just over a week ago and there was a heartbeat and things seemed ok but I've had 3 MCs before so this has really worried me. I m glad to hear it is likely normal.

@Newbie21 I know, I'm literally worrying about everything, I've got a scan tomorrow so can't wait to see baby! I feel like I'm constantly going to the toilet to check and examining the toilet paper after wiping! Driving myself crazy!! I have my booking appointment next week too so I'll mention it to the MW then, have you had you're booking appointment?xx

Its Its perfectly normal and will go back to normal after the baby is born.

@SamRwl yes I had my booking in at the weekend but I didn't mention it although I did give a urine sample so might follow up to check no infection but I don't think there is. I have my harmony test and scan on 18th so not long to wait until next scan. Good luck for your scan! Let me know what the midwife says - although I'm sure she will say just as the other ladies have - that it is normal.
