Stretching pains?!?

Hi ladies need some help. I’m getting what the midwife says is stretching pains and growing pains in my side and stomach shooting down in the lady region for a few weeks now. They are present about 60/70% of my day in the last few weeks. But I’m confused if it all is stretching pains or is it wind or constipation (I’ve never had issue with b4 so a bit clueless on how they feel)

Did any one else experience these pains during so much of the day?
Should I be worried or just take it as pregnancy sign. I’m 14+4 atm

I’m 10+6 and getting the exact same symptoms as you, maybe not as much (as I’m earlier) but defo there. It can feel like a stitch at times then feels like pulling! I’m thinking it’s normal and just part of pregnancy.
