31 weeks, diarrhea and cramps

Hey ladies
I'm 31 weeks today and yesterday and today I've had diarrhea 4+ times a day as well as what feels like stomach cramps/period cramps.
Do you think this is something i should be concerned about...? I'm trying not to be anxious, but of course it's proving to be very challenging.
