Hey! I'm 19+2 and starting to gain a visible bump! I go to Spain in 2 weeks for a week so looking at buying a few nice outfits for that - and knickers popped into my mind! What do you ladies find the comfiest for growing bump? If you don't mind sharing your smalls with us all Wink

Good question!I'm an 'over the bump' kinda girl so bought the cotton pants from Asda, you get 3 or 4 in a pack- I got a couple of packs, one the next size up, then the next size up from that - found the Asda elastic better than the primark pants. Stock up on pantyliners too, just the every day ones. Enjoy that Big Pant comfort on your hols!

These are a godsend. A bit pricey though I'm afraid. I like This style too.
I'm personally not a fan of the over the bump style like This since I want to feel as stylish as remotely possible whilst growing my human.

Tbh I have got myself some of my normal knickers in a bigger size which have done perfectly until now (33 weeks). Just a multi pack of no vpl with some lace at the front from debenhams. I prefer under bump underwear anyway so this has worked and still feel like my knockers are pretty.

Thinking of getting some maternity ones now-and the ones linked above from Jojo look really nice-so I might invest. Thanks kittytiggy.

Just re-read Blush Obvs meant to say 'knickers are pretty'. Knockers definately not looking so pretty at 33 weeks!!

@Waffle12 You will not regret - also 33 weeks and they are the best.

PS typo did tickle me I must say (Although pregnancy has not changed my AA cups one bit sigh)

I prefer over the bump in general.. but I'm finding in getting VPL on the bump, if that makes sense so had to start wearing under bump. H&M mama have some good ones...

I found maternity over bump from TU by Sainsburys (online) were great. I love over bump as like to feel ‘tucked in’ and don’t like a line across my bump!

I’ve bought a couple of packs of Tesco micro fibre material knickers in shorts style. Bought a size up from my usual size to allow for when my bump was smaller. Now, at almost 28 weeks, the sit low on my bump and are still comfortable.

I love ASDA pants! They fit under my bump and sooo comfy (currently 36 weeks)

QuickRedFox · 08/07/2019 20:10

I got through the whole pregnancy in my normal pants, well about half of them that were lower cut (I mostly have the kind with a soft stretchy lace waistband). I wouldn’t have wanted yet another layer of stuff over the bump in the summer.

Napqueen1234 · 08/07/2019 20:13

I didn’t even think about it with my last pregnancy but I just wore my normal knickers the whole way through. Did wear a bump support band every day though so with that and a midsummer baby I think over the bump pants may have killed me!

stucknoue · 08/07/2019 20:22

I wore normal ones, the cheap cotton ones rather than anything fancy

Thanks ladies some good suggestions!
