Concerned about early pregnancy cramping

I’m only 4 weeks so I guess it’s implantation cramping but at times it can be really painful. It’s like bad period pain that goes round to my back. Everything I’ve read says “moderate” “mild” pain but surely pain is relative? If I have period pain I really feel it so have hot water bottles and ibuprofen doses so am I just a wimp? Does anyone have experience of thinking this isn’t mild? It’s not severe and I have no bleeding and it goes away after a few minutes so I’m not too worried.

Hey, I had lots of cramping in early pregnancy, exactly like my period cramps! I was convinced i was about to come on my period! But I'm now nearly 5 months pregnant! If it was really sever and you had bleeding I'd be concerned but for now just take it easy paracetamol and hot water bottles will help! Good luck!
