36 weeks, spotting, period like pain

Hi, 36 weeks + 3 days now, I saw my midwife Friday morning and she couldn't work out what position my little boy was in so she applied a lot of pressure. It hurt quite a lot and ever since I've had period-like/ back ache cramps. Went for a wee and saw tiny amounts of blood (couldn't see it until I looked closer) in pad. I'm due to see my consultant tomorrow morning luckily, could this just be related to Fridays pressure? Thankyou in advance x

Thank you all! She did the examination and it's just an infection, on antibiotics so should clear up soon! X
