Feeling really lonely!?

I have a 9 year old, and a 19 month old & my partner has just gone back to work full time after being off for a few weeks...

Since he’s gone back, I feel like there’s so much distance between us & he never wants to talk about anything! If I mention the pregnancy or anything he doesn’t respond.

I have no one else to talk to as I don’t really have any friends & I just feel so lonely? Like to the point I’m wondering if I’m going to be alone or he’s going to leave?

Maybe it’s just early pregnancy hormones but all I wanna do is cry... and cry,,,, and cry!

I'm sorry you're feeling so lonely just now. Have you told your OH how you feel? Do you have any family you can speak to? If you didn't feel this way before he took time off then it's most likely that it is your hormones causing these feelings but that doesn't mean they are not valid.

Try having a conversation with your partner, not about the pregnancy, but about how you are feeling. Maybe he isn't aware x
