30+ weeks and frequent flank pain

So I've had right flank pain off and on since the first trimester. I thought it was a uti/kidney infection, but all my urine dips come up clean.
The past few days I've had such bad flank pain on the right hand side (lasts about half an hour at a time, a few times a day) that I've had to stop what im doing and breathe through the pain.
Anyone had this before, or any advice on what to do? I have my 31 week appointment on Tuesday with my midwife.

Pain has been on and off all day again....
Wondering if it's worth calling 111 in the morning?

Have you called your midwife? I get on off pain just below my flank but never enough to stop me in my tracks or to require breathing through it. I would get checked
