I'm 7+3 and for the past 2 weeks I just constantly feel sick!! I've been sick 4 or 5 times but it's just the constant feeling sick that's wearing me out!!! Any idea when it starts to cool off ??

I've tried ginger biscuits and sea bands but nothing seems to be working xx

Hey OP I know how you feel - I've had constant nausea and being sick at least once a day since 5 weeks. I'm 10 weeks now and although I'm still vomiting I am starting to get a break from the nausea but everyone is different.

How often are you eating? I know it's a cliche but little & often really worked for me and I tried loads of different things to keep it interesting. Ginger biscuits, cream crackers (now I can stomach butter too!), pistachio nuts, fruit ... basically anything that would mean I always had something in my stomach!

Hope you feel better soon Flowers

Hi. Yes eating little and often helps. I know I could mostly stomach toast and plain food at the beggining. Also for me something fizzy helps, lemonade, sparking water and flavoured cordial. Good luck X

Hi,

Just a quick one - we asked a midwife to give her top tips on tackling morning sickness/nausea - which is here. Hope it's helpful!

Queasy drops (boiled sweets) really helped me, I had constant nausea for about 8 weeks and lost almost a stone!
You can get them on amazon

I tend to feel worse at night. My top tip is not lying down - not great when I actually want to go to bed and sleep! I'll maybe try a lemon and ginger tea tonight just before turning in and see if that makes any difference.

Fizzy cola bottles. No idea why but they really help!
