Can vomiting cause a nose bleed?

This just happened it me and it was very odd, the bleed stopped as quickly as it started but I'm just confused as it what caused it! Confused

I would think maybe the pressure of being sick could cause a nose bleed, however i had nose bleeds (no sickness) nearly every day of my pregnancy. DS was born 2 weeks ago and i haven't had one since, you may find you have more due to increased blood during pregnancy. Don't worry and i hope your sickness eases soon.

Yes it can. It's nothing to worry about. Just the pressure caused a blood vessel to burst.

Nose bleeds in pregnacy is common can be caused by all the extra blood your body has made for supporting wee baby
