UTI HELP

Hey guys
I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I deffo have a UTI. I'm going to call the docs soon to get some antibiotics but just just want to see if anyone has had this before...
So iv been pregnant before and I experienced it when both my other pregnancies too!
Waking up in the night with painful tummy almost as if iv been holding my urine and my bladder can't take it anymore... I rush to the loo and then I can't urinate !!
It's takes so long for my body to actually do it. I'm sat on the loo waiting but also feeling like I'm going to burst! And then it's only a small wee ,??

That sounds like my typical UTI symptoms to be honest. The GP will probably want to dip a urine so, if you’ve got a clean pot, grab a sample before you call them this morning for an appointment. I’ve even resorted to using a small jam jar which I’ve scalded with boiling water (lid included) and then sealed until I’m ready to go.

Iv had 2 urine infections during my pregnancy and was prescribed co-amoxiclav in the first trimester and amoxicillin in the 3rd.
