Bleeding at 6 weeks

Hello I'm 6 weeks today, but since 11am I've had stringy light bleeding. It's been dark red sometimes and then a darker pinker colour at other times. It's only when I wipe. I have also had mild cramps but have had them on and off for the past 3 weeks so nothing new. Does anyone have any positive stories please🙏🏻
I rang the epu earlier and they have booked me in for an appointment on friday so I've got to try and stay positive until then but it's not looking good so far.

Hello, only just seen your thread. I've had bleeding like this in a pregnancy and then miscarried but I also had bleeding in my current pregnancy and I'm 38 weeks. Try not to panic, it really can go either way.

I bled like this in both of my pregnancies, and both resulted in healthy babies. No one can give you an exact answer and I'm sorry you're so worried. Do your best to relax.

Hi I'm 5W And 6Days
Woke up early hours with cramping, went for a wee as I thought it was wind and nothing there. Had a wee, wiped and then blood. Well i burst into tears. Bright red no clots then after a few wipes it stopped. Went back to bed with cramps no bleeding again until i wiped again after a wee and again. 3rd time had a few clot like things in. Rang doctors and they said it could be a miscarriage or late implantation but thought that wouldn't be bright red or a darker red with clots.

Then found this that people have had similar and had healthy pregnancies but just feel hopeless atm. Cant get a scan because of the coronavirus atm been told to wait a week and re test myself.

It's only when I wipe I'm so confused. First time pregnant too

Any good advice?
