Stabbing pains and big bleed at 14.5 weeks

Has anyone experienced this before? So awful had a scan yesterday and everything was fine, NIPT results came back fine, so scared in a&e right now no idea what's happening

I had similar and all was okay, although no cause ever found. So sorry you’re going through something so scary Flowers
