Numbness in hands/top of bump

30 weeks and the past few weeks my hands have been falling asleep frequently.
The past few days they've been going numb whilst driving and just throughout the day. I'm unable to make a fist with both hands- my feet also fall asleep quite quickly (ie on the toilet).
I've also had a patch of numbness at the top of my bump/ribcage, right below my breast (about the size of a 50p).
I'm sure i shouldn't be worried, but has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Speak to your midwife, the numb hands could be carpel tunnel, pretty common in pregnancy - you may be advised to wear splints. The belly numbness is most likely just compression of the nerves where baby is pushing everything up as they grow. I have a numb strip along the top of my bump, midwives not concerned at all.
