12 weeks and bleeding

I'm 12 weeks and one day pregnant and I've just had really brown discharge and quite a bit. They have booked me for an emergency appointment tomorrow morning. Should I be worried ?

Hope everything is ok. Have you had your dating scan yet?

With my last pregnancy I had a huge bleed at around 14 weeks. Dark red blood with clots, really bad cramps and lower back ache. Baby was absolutely fine 😌 It's not always an indication of something gone wrong.

I have everything crossed for you.

I had bright red bleeding at 11 weeks and it was a subchronic hematona. Everything was absolutely fine they were not concerned about it at all. Try not to worry...
