Ovulated after D&C but no positive pregnancy test

Hi I'm driving myself crazy and looking for advice. It's 7 weeks tomorrow since my D&C and I've not yet had a period. I was doing ovulation tests and got a positive on Friday 14th June, I've taken a few pregnancy tests in the last few days and all negative. Is it still possible I might be and I'm just not getting a positive reading yet? I'm 2 weeks and 3 days today since positive ovulation test. In a way I wish my period would just come as I'm driving myself nuts here! Thanks

Have you used a early detection test, might just to too early?

Did you confirm ovulation with temping? Ovulation tests don't show that you have ovulated, they just detect the LH surge that usually triggers ovulation. It may be that your body geared up to ovulate but didn't quite get there causing your period to be late?

What do you mean by temping? It was just an ovulation test strip. Def positive, had few faint lines then this one was really dark. I’ve not had a period since D&C so ive no idea when late would be late. Just going on my positive ovulation test and thinking if pregnant, pregnancy tests I’m doing over last couple days would be positive?

Sorry I meant tracking your basal body temperature with a thermometer. It's the only way without scans that you can actually tell if you've ovulated as you see a marked temperature rise shortly after ovulation if it has happened. Opks are great for showing when you are likely to ovulate but occasionally they will detect a surge but the ovary doesn't actually release an egg. Sometimes the body can have a couple of surges in one cycle, especially after occurrences like miscarriage that mess around with your hormones while they settle down and get back on track. If you ovulated as predicted it would likely have shown on a test by now if you are pregnant, but then again you might have ovulated a little later so could still be pregnant but too early to tell. Hope that makes sense 😬

Guess I’m more meaning if I was ovulating and I’m still not getting a positive preg test 2 weeks and 3 days later should I take that as a def I’m not pregnant or has that happened to anyone else. It’s so hard because there’s nothing to go on, no period and don’t know when it’ll come Confused
