Hi there I got measured at 30 weeks and was around 28cm - does this sound about the right size - I get a lot of comments that this is too small xxx

Number of weeks +/-2cm is normal, so you're right on track!

I've measured small all throughout my pregnancy. Sometimes being 4 cm under. I've just left yet another growth scan after measuring small again and at 39weeks baby is estimated at 9lb7oz.

They are very inaccurate and I would allow them to worry you at all.

The measurements aren't very reliable. I was sent for a scan at 32 weeks as was only measuring 30 when had previously been spot on. Scan showed the very opposite, baby's head and abdomen on 95th centile and femur dead on 50th. Try not to worry too much and if they have any concerns they'll refer you for a scan.

I look small but my measurements were above the 90th centile. This led to a growth scan which showed the baby is on the 60th centile. I think the midwife has issues with finding the top of my pubic bone.
