Passport and Maternity notes name doesn't match

I'm off on holiday in 3 weeks but I've just realised my passport still has my maiden name on it since I got married last September. I'll be 26 weeks pregnant so below the point where I need a note to say I'm okay to fly but I'm worried that if they ask to check my maternity notes they are in my married name. Has anyone had this experience? Am I overthinking it?

You're overthinking. It'll be fine.

Just make sure any treatment is done under whatever name your travel insurance is in!

Take your marriage certificate so you can prove you’re the same person and you’ll be fine. Are you sure you need a note at 26 weeks? I’ve travelled later than that without one and no one ever asked me for one.

I don't need a note until 28 weeks so I'm okay Maidenover but everyone seems to think my bump is huge so I'm afraid they'll ask for proof that I'm only 26 weeks and it'll open a whole can of worms

I flew at 30 weeks and am measuring big - nobody cared or asked for my fit to fly letter. I think you'll be absolutely fine.

When I flew I was asked for my fit to fly note but not my maternity notes.

Even with a fit to fly note they have the right to request you see one of their drs before you board if they see fit. They may then ask to see your notes. I would take a copy of your marriage certificate just to be on the safe side
