So I'm not 11 weeks I have had normal symptoms of being pregnant , sore boobs extreme sickness sleeping all the time but not I woke yesterday and I had no sickness , I'm finding it hard to sleep now and I don't feel near as tired I know symptoms can die down but that fast? I'm just getting a bit worried as I have felt a bit strange the past couple of days wondering if any1 else had there symptoms just disappear I have my 12 week scan next week but I'm not dreading that there going to tell me there is no heartbeat, I don't think it's helped that iv had a few bad dreams about it either the past couple of nights

I think it's pretty normal for symptoms to come and go. I know I've had some days where I have felt worried because I don't have any symptoms and then they come back out of nowhere. I also think that makes sense for you, given you are coming to the end of first trimester and I've heard symptoms tend to calm down then. Good luck for your scan next week x

Yep it's normal for this to happen at about 10-12 weeks. The hormone levels change as time goes on, and at about 10 weeks they drop and your "early pregnancy symptom" disappear. No need to be worried - it's normal. Best wishes to you .

This is very common and no need to be worried. It happened to me however and symptoms dramatically changed the following day and it turns out I'd had a mmc the day before.

@vcampbell90 this was me writing something very similar a couple of weeks ago! I had my scan Thursday and I said to her I can’t look there’s nothing there I know it. She said well you can look because there is your little baby with the heart beating away! I have no symptoms. My boobs hurt at the start but they do around period time anyway. She said be thankful you are symptomless! All the best for the scan xx

megabustravelling · 30/06/2019 09:05

@vcampbell90 you have every reason to feel unnerved - losing a baby is extremely difficult and it changes the outlook on pregnancy forever Thanks

I didn't bleed whatsoever. I'd felt different in the day but put it down to hormone changes. When I was getting up in the night to go to the toilet I was hit by horrendous nausea straight away and that night when I woke up I had nothing. We had a 'reassurance' scan booked for that weekend and it confirmed that the foetus had died exactly when I thought. I'd already had a scan a few weeks before that and saw a healthy heartbeat previously.

Mine came and went on and off between 9-12 weeks. Very normal. It's thought it's because the placenta is growing and starting to take jobs from the yolk sac. So hormones change etc.

If you are concerned about anything in particular though, contact your GP in the morning x

Try not to worry. With both of my pregnancies my symptoms would come and go every few days. I would have extreme sickness and tiredness then wake up the next day and feel fine.
The first 12 weeks put the fear into every expectant mum. I counted the 'good days' as a blessing to feel normal and human again.
Good luck for your scan next week!

It’s normal for symptoms to come and go and very normal for them to start fading as you approach the end of the first trimester.

bessie84 · 03/07/2019 16:33
