Defo the supplements and track your ovulation days

fonxey · 30/06/2019 01:07

Have you been to doctors to get yourselves tested? Sally i don't know if there are any magical formulas to getting pregnant. Just the right conditions and the right time.

Yes, track your ovulation with basel body temping (Google it) Consider ovusense or that other one that goes on the wrist. They are expensive bit less of a faff than using the thermometer as you don't have to take your temp at the same time every day and you can move about. I struggled with bbt because i would have to wake up at 5am as that's the thine i get up for work and i never wake up properly so would never remember to take my temp without thrashing around first. And you aren't supposed to move much.

Take folic acid vits, he can try taking vits himself... Maybe use pre seed. Don't use regular lube as it contains spermicide!

Don't stress. Which is harder once you start ovulation tracking tbh!

I think i conceived exactly on the day is given up on that month. I was feeling so low at that point i hadn't even felt like dtd!

Good luck.

I would highly recommend BBT temping, taking pregnacare supplements and us either preseed or conceive plus.

I cant say which one actually helped me or whether it was just a fluke but I got BFP two times using the above

I’ve had my BFP this month in our second month of trying. We’ve used pregnacare for me, fertility apps to track my cycle and ovulation tests (I found boots own to be the best). I think the best thing you can do is get a very clear idea of your cycle then make sure you DTD on the correct days

Did you come off contraception? It took us 18 months to conceive.
We weren't tracking anything though - we took a very relaxed approach.
