Was anyone massive by 9 weeks?! I'm 9 weeks today and have had a very obvious bump since 8 weeks! I'm not slim, a small size 16 so have got a bit of a belly but can usually suck it in but right now I look 8 months pregnant! I've convinced myself it's twins! Looking for other people that showed really early on and turned out to just be bloated or have water retention or who knows what else. This is my second and with the first (16 years ago) I didn't show until around 5-6 months.

Second baby for me, I got big quick and incredibly sick, was convinced there must be at least two in there but it's just the one Smile

Either I'm baking a monster baby or second time my body just gave in to it all a lot quicker!

It's usual to show quicker/more with #2.

Bloating is much more likely - even if there is more than one baby in there, they're so small at that stage that it wouldn't make much difference.

I started showing with my twin pregnancy around 11 weeks, which was still earlier than most (second pregnancy for me too).

This is my first and I have been showing since 8 weeks.
At my 12 week scan, the nurses thought they got it wrong and it was my 20 week one. I’m now 24 weeks and everyone who doesn’t know when I’m due, keep saying my gosh any day for you.
I saw the consultant and they think it is because I’m very short in the body. I’m tall 5’7 and they think the baby is like me. At every scan I get, wow she has very long legs.

I'm carrying twins and wasn't noticeably showing til 12 weeks

I'm 12 weeks pregnant with twins, def had a bump from about 8 weeks altho of course it's bloating and stuff pushed around etc. rather than baby

I had twins earlier this year. I was barely in maternity clothes at my 20 week scan. These were dc 3 and 4, I was much bigger early on with my singletons. I think you can just carry every pregnancy differently.
