Tensing stomach

I just thought I'd ask on here as I worry about everything😟 but when I do things I tend to tense my stomach (just naturally).. but will it harm the baby? I'm trying not to do it but I really can't help it and constantly do it at work when I'm picking up the babies.

Thank you.

You can lift babies and children. Abdominal exercises like crunches will probably be uncomfortable, but your baby is ensconced in a fluid filled sack!
