Just wondering really. I'm 11+2, not having scan until I am 13+6 Sad. My DH is legitimately very busy atm so isnt around much, leaving me with our 20mo which is exhausting. Typically I spend 3 days a week getting up crack of dawn to go to work, 4 days a week chasing my boy 😂. Any opportunity and I am off to bed like tonight. If DH isnt around I go to bed at 8. I am just feeling abit down in the dumps as I wont tell anyone until I know baby is OK, I am bloody uncomfortable all the time not wearing mat clothes yet, no free time, and very little company (excluding my son of course). I cant have a nice hot bath. Thanks to sickness I eat what I can as opposed to what I would like and am still piling on the pounds (which is depressing).

What do you do to get yourself out of the blues?

Hi @rubberyduck

I'm nearly 11 weeks and would like to know the same thing 😩 I'm totally miserable, feeling nauseous all day every day and also piling on the pounds because the only thing that helps is eating beige food. I feel so uncomfortable in my body just blergh.

Sorry I couldn't help but you're not alone!

You might not be able to have a hot bath but you probably wouldn’t want one in this weather. Just a nice bubbly warmish bath with some summer music and a fluffy towel for when you get out made me feel ‘human’ at this stage of pregnancy and really picked me up.
It can be a horrid time for exhaustion, affecting MH badly and I sympathise.
