23 dpo negative tests??? 7 days late

Hi?
I'm 23dpo, 7 days late for my period.
Have done clear blue, first response & cheap shop tests and they are all negative? I have a 6 nearly 7 month old son... I'm getting cramps, pain in my left leg? Have been sick, only once! Slight headaches, constipation???
any advice??? Please 😫😫😫

We'd recommend going to your doctor, but we're happy to give this a little bump too - in case anyone can help.

It's unlikely that pregnancy is causing your late period at this point. Do you temp or just use opks? Opks won't confirm that you did ovulate, just that your body geared up for it. So you may have ovulated much later after the opk, which is not at all uncommon.

It's still possible you could be pregnant, but just that you aren't as 'late' as you think because the time between ovulate and then the arrival of af (if not pregnant) is pretty static and roughly two weeks for most women.
