I’m going crazy over the pregnancy tests

I’m currently on day 46 of my my usual 26 day cycle. I had my twin daughters in December 2018 and we were being careful, but I can’t shake the feeling that I’m pregnant. I’ve been pregnant 5 times (4miscarriages). I started my periods again in January this year and they have been like clockwork since but I’m really late 20 days late. I’m nauseous, stinging nipples, pelvic pain, exhausted more than previously before late period with my twin girls. I am breastfeeding but also weaning. I took a few hits hits a week ago and they were faint positive so went to gp they did a hpt negative they sent me to epau for blood and hot test both negative with hcg value of 2miu so thought fine it’s all in my head. Still not come on so did a few more tests and still getting vvfl but husband says there is no second line on any of them so now I’m thinking I’m going crazy ??? Am I going crazy ?

These are all negative tests.

With my first daughter I had one period(after 6 months) then nothing for over 6 months more, I was breastfeeding. I also got nauseous etc so twice went to the dr to check for pregnancy. It really can mess your cycle

I don’t see any lines, except perhaps the one have have an arrow too but it is colourless rather than a positive line.
Could it be that the weaning has changed your cycle again?
If you have had a professional second opinion, then I think the likelihood is that you are not pregnant.

You may have been having regular periods since January, but if you’re still breastfeeding there is likely some element of disruption to your hormone levels and that could cause a delayed period. Or tiredness. Or stress. Or anything else. All the tests, inc a blood test, indicate that you aren’t pregnant. Enjoy the twins! 😊

I disagree. The pink one above the clearblue has a very faint line, which was similar to my BFP. And the second seems to show a line. Both very faint, but I'd say test again in a few days!

Ah, just read about the blood tests. Who knows. Everyone else is saying negative but when I zoomed in, on my phone, I can see a very faint line. Sorry if this has falsely raised your hopes.
