I’m 7 weeks today! I was feeling great until last weekend and then the nausea crept in! The thing is, it’s a constant sick feeling and I’m really struggling to cope!
I bought seabands couple days ago but even they have stopped working now.
On top of that, the thought of EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING is making me heave! I have gone off most things that I have loved forever, even tea and milk! I can’t even stomach biscuits and I don’t know how much more ginger hard sweets I can handle!

Anyone else going through this? I feel like people think I’m over exaggerating or being a drama queen. I’m getting desperate now, I’m sick of never being hungry and stressing over what to eat!
This can’t be good for baby either! It’s starting to really upset me :( x

Yes, this was me. 28 weeks now and it did pass but please go and see your GP. You don’t have to feel this awful there is medication they can give you.

When did yours pass? I really didn’t want to take any medication but I’m guessing that’s my only option :(
Thank you for replying x

Yes welcome to the first trimester! With my first I started this at about 8 weeks and went on to be diagnosed with HG as I was vomiting multiple times a day. Major aversions too (basically to all food) throughout the whole pregnancy too. This pregnancy, the nausea kicked in at 6 w and I was vomiting about 4 times a day until 16 w when it eased. Feel fine now (24w) and no lasting aversions. The most important thing is to keep your fluids up and eat whatever you can when you can. Meds may help so see your GP if you are really struggling and/ or are getting dehydrated.

I had the same. Oatcakes and watermelon was about the only things I could eat so I’d just pick at them through the day. I found chewing peppermint gum helped calm the nausea, Hate gum normally. Couldn’t eat more because of it but it stopped me dry heaving Envy

This was me, it was last summer during the heatwave and I had just started a new physically demanding job and was getting so dehydrated as I couldn't even stomach water!

My only saving grace was fruit, especially apples.

The worst of it passed around 11 weeks. Hope yours passes asap and try fruit :)
