Tummy pain

Hi all
Im having a weird tummy pain which im finding it hard to describe...It is sort of like a nipping or pinching pain on the surface of my stomach near my belly button. It gets worse when i bend over even slightly, for example to pick something off a coffee table. There is also a bit of tingling/numbness in the same area. Anyone experienced this?

I’ve had a feeling almost like the baby has its fist sticking out and when I bend over it hits the inside of my tummy near my belly button, the midwife said this sounded like muscle pain. But it’s always best to mention it to your midwife whenever you have pain!
