Is it me? It doesn't matter what I eat, drink or don't, that sick feeling lingers all day! Humpf! Envy does anyone have some tips?

Get anti sickness tablets. They really work and allow you some relief to have a semi normal existence whilst suffering. I found the first lot I had useless but the second worked wonders and I only was sick in the morning took one after and was ok for the day and one at night to get a good sleep.

Yes, the GP has the cure. I had HG in both pregnancies but only got the meds the second time. It's life changing. 😀

I had anti sickness medication too. It didn't completely stop the nausea but it did stop me being sick

Punching people in the face who suggest ginger always helps too 😂

I sucked on mints throughout the day, it was the only thing that remotely helped.

OP I feel your pain! I too have all-day nausea and have been throwing my poor guts up for the past few weeks. I actually can't remember what it feels like to not feel sick...

Unfortunately it was trial-and-error for me... trying to eat stuff and then finding out what I could/couldn't keep down.

It was mainly cereal with LOTS of milk and sugar, ice pops, cheap ice cream, greggs steak bakes, orange lucozade, mash potato....

just the thought of anything else makes my stomach turn!

I am 12 weeks though so hoping it doesn't last much longer. hand in there! X

Ondansetron

I’ve had 7 HG pregnancies (5dc) and it was the only thing that worked
