Struggling with the heat

Is anyone else struggling with the heat? How do u keep cool? I literally feel like I'm suffocating and overheating!

It is 28 with me today, set to rise to 34 by the end of the week (not UK) but luckily the awful humidity of last week has dropped. Thankfully we have air conditioning but being out walking anywhere is a nightmare. Just trying to wear as little as possible really and stay cool when I can. I love to soak my feet in cold water.
