TMI in picture.
This is my first post here! So hi lol, ever since last night I was up a lot with tummy cramps and back pain. This morning consisted of lower back pain in waves and was very painful. I got hold of midwife and she said it sounds like the early stages of labour. Then a couple hours later I saw a thin amount of darker discharge. Do you think this is the first stages of labour?? 39 weeks today and I’m a FTM. Thank you x

Could be, might not be. I was in early labour for a week with my first. Honestly, eat now, rest, if this is the real thing there'll be no mistaking it later and you'll need your strength. Good luck.

Currently having contractions about 6 minutes apart, going to ring hospital soon and probably go in. In agony!
