Sudden onset of panic and fear

I am 35 weeks pregnant and woke up last night feeling like I cant breath and suffocating and just felt panic and fear and like I was gonna lose control. The same feeling has came over me today... has anyone experienced this?

Yeah that's a panic attack really horrible but you'll be okay absolute shit to experience though x
