I'm 6 weeks and bleeding!!

Anyone had a light period around 6 weeks and not lost their baby?

Is it spotting ie brown/pinky or is it red blood?

It started of light brown and last couple of days its red, its not as heavy as a period but I'm still worried. We had intercourse on Tuesday and the brown started the morning after but I dont think sex can do all this?

Sex can definitely bring on a little bleeding. I had cramping and bleeding for over a week or so and all is fine. Keep an eye and if it gets heavier or painful cramping occurs call your midwife x

I bleed lightly - ,I used panty liner - when pregnant for about 3 days each time. In my case it seemed to coincide with when I have my periods. It stopped at about 11 weeks.

@bluebabydinosaur I've been trying to get in since Friday i finally have appointment Thursday but i just did a test and it said 1-2 weeks so my HGC has dropped so I'm really not hopeful at all :( xxx

I did. At about the time my period would have been due. I wouldn't have known I was pregnant if we hadn't been trying and tested early and got a positive.

I went to my GP surgery and saw the paramedic who confirmed I was most likely miscarrying.

Went back 9 months later with my 4 week old "miscarriage" who had conjunctivitis. She couldn't believe it

CB digital aren't very sensitive and if you've done the test this evening the hormone levels in your urine will be quite dilute.

Can you phone your local maternity unit and get the contact details for the early pregnancy unit? They massively put my mind at rest over what I had going on. I didn't meet their criteria for an early scan so had a private one at 8 weeks at a Window to the Womb clinic. They were absolutely fantastic and confirmed all was well. There was no way I could wait until a 12 week scan.

@BlooDeBloop can you explain what yours was like please? And what else he experienced etc and how it started xx

@SkydivingKittyCat that's who I've been trying to get an appointment with they said I need my GP to refer so went to my GP he had to wait until today which he can only get me in Thursday but I'm on training that day for my job so I rang them up to swap and then only next date they have is monday.
I really do not feel pregnant anymore I've lost symptoms and I just feel I've bled too long for things to be ok? What was yours like and how did it start and symptoms xx

@CFlips @ColaFreezePop how long did you two bleed for? And what was sit like? Did u lose any symptoms of being pregnant for example my boobs are no longer sore xx

If you go to your A&E department I believe they will scan you there and then. Ring 111 and tell them your symptoms and I am sure they will send you there. You need to know what is going on. It seems much too long to wait until Monday. When I had brown spotting a couple of years ago. I was seen urgently the next day. All the very best to you. xxxxx

I had no pregnancy "symptoms" at all from start to finish which was also why I was keen to have a scan before 12 weeks just to know what was going on.

It's quite common for symptoms to come and go (your body gets used to the hormone levels then you get another surge which you then have to adjust to again). 6 weeks is early for any real signs anyway

hello, I'm 9 weeks and yesterday at three I started to bleed lightly and was a light pink. it got a bit heavy but not much. round about half 7 ish I passed a clot it was smaller then a 50p the blood went light round about 8pm yesterday it fully stopped and I've had nothing ever since this was after sex . anything this could be as someone in my family just lost their baby at 9 weeks but had big clots and loads of pain and boos so not sure what happend to me.

@@bluebabydinosaur I just feel nothing like I did upto the bleed. I just feel empty. I know I've lost my baby, i did the other CB test this morning it said 1-2 weeks so my HGC has dropped. I'm just in a n e I just want it confirming now xxx

@Chantel17 I have to wait till tomrrow but I'm not bleeding much however I passed something that looks like a placenta(might not be) but I'm still not bledding much or passing anything else xx

How long have u bled for do u Stoll have pregnancy symptoms xx
