I just wanted to document what it’s been like gaining control over this anxiety I’ve had in pregnancy.
I suffer from anxiety anyway and to be honest I find ways of coping myself... usually hardcore exercise, I also find Kalms are fantastic.
Obviously in pregnancy we can’t use the same outlets we might to tackle anxiety which is hard.
I’ve had a good few days but woken up this morning feeling full of guilt about having anxiety and just wanted to let anyone know who feels the same that they are not alone.
I know I’m doing my absolute best for this little bubba and to make myself feel guilty about having anxiety is really naughty and not helpful at all.
