First time this happened to me this morning I was a bit excited about something and my bladder went all tingly. I could feel a bit of wee come out and my knickers have been really wet. It’s definitely wee because SORRY TMI it smells of wee. Will have to just wear pads I think? X

Get doing your kegels! I've had two accidents in the past month (I'm 17 weeks) - one when I was really strongly wretching over the loo and one was a very strong sneeze that came out of nowhere, but I think that was the sheer force of both that did it (and the fact that I'm still not really showing so my poor bladder is getting squished).

Seriously, it's not too early to start pelvic floor exercises!

I ended up at the hospital today getting it checked out (I’m such a worrier!)). They said it’s just urine and baby pushing on bladder. Just a horrible sensation...I feel in the past week everything has relaxed down there so maybe that’s contributed??? Im such a worrier xx

I'm 28 weeks and I am getting this more and more now especially when I sneeze!!

@chipscheesegravy- thanks for reply. Do you remember when yours started? Not sure whether to just wear a pad everyday? X

You can wear a pad for comfort and security.

I remember this feeling.

When you leave after your birth, they will give you a leaflet about PFM and exercises. You MUST do them. I did them and I did them religiously. I still suffer a bit in that I constantly need to go to the loo before I'm about to workout otherwise it comes out anyway (Tmi). Also trampolines I have to avoid. Never had that problem before DS.

I'm looking into doing some more advanced versions now just to tighten things up a bit more 😊

And yes, definitely start doing them now 😂

@PlinkPlink- thanks so much for your response. I definitely need to do some research into the exercises as I’m ashamed to say don’t really know much about them 😬.
I’m just a nervous wreck and scared something will go wrong. I don’t know how I’m keeping it together!!! Xx
