Nervous prego!!

I’m currently 12 weeks 🌈 all looking good so far from scans etc but I miscarried in November and am totally terrified anyone else in the same boat? Any tips?
I’ve had minimal nausea no vomiting but pains in my stomach most nights midwife says is growing pains.

I'm almost 12 weeks! 1st pregnancy and different from you in that I've never miscarried before but I'm still terrified of anything going wrong! I'm sure everything will be okay for you this time. I think if you've made it to 12 weeks the risks have dropped quite substantially. Have you had your 12 week scan? Mine is on Friday next week and it's been the longest wait ever!

Yes had it on Tuesday past there. It amazing you will love it! Mine was a big relief but Last time has really just messed my mind up lol fingers crossed for us 2020 babies
