Attempting moxibustion at home?

Baby still breech, midwife suggested moxibustion but nearest place that offers it is 4 hour round trip. Is it safe to just buy the sticks yourself and follow the online videos of how to do it? Desperate times..

I remember doing this when heavily overdue....it was the oddest thing dh and I have ever done. So the candle was lit and then he held it under my little toe.....unless we were very wrong in practice!

Did nothing unfortunately acupuncture is better if you can face it, if not then reflexology is great too!
