A pregnant belt helped me loads.

Lying on my back, knees bent and rocking knees from side to side helped ease it when it hit as well.

Poor you, it's horrible I remember.

Curling up in a ball and trying not to cry was my go to thing 😂
Sorry that's not very helpful.

It's completely harmless though and should start easing off the further into the pregnancy you get xx

I find laying down on my side helps, especially the side it hurts. Also walking around helps me and getting some fresh air.
It really sucks though, I have been getting it on and off nearly every everyday so far.

Thanks all for getting back to me, how long did anyone's last? Ive had mine 9 days the pain peaked yesterday so ended up in hospital.ive never had this with any of my pregnancies ,its worse than giving birth lol,i will order a band im willing to try anything. My husband got me a pregnancy pillow to see if that helps.
I really feel sorry for anyone else going through this.but its worth all the pain in the end xx

Mine comes on and off if I cough/sneeze/move to fast.
I've found that bending over to cough and sneeze helps prevent it. Xx

Hot baths and not lying down for too long I find helps.

Nervousdave · 22/06/2019 07:47

Like mrsmummy mine only happens occasionally, I find bending over when laughing a lot, coughing or sneezing helps. I also tend to hold my right side around where it hurts and that helps a little too.

Pillows between your legs at night, that helps mine a little. And pressure on the areas when I know I’m about to cough or sneeze or move. Sometimes I just walk round holding my bump up which helps so I think a band probably would be good!!??
