Hi,
I took DS 22months swimming yesterday, basically involved me wandering in water and going up steps.
This morning my right hip feels loose and my leg is tingly and weak. Doesn't really hurt just an odd sensation.
Is there anything I can do to get rid of it, meant to be taking him to an animal sanctuary later.
