TMI pic. Is this start of plug?

Is this the start of the plug? I've been getting increased discharge more recently but this is more substantial than normal? It's more watery than I expected but I reckon perhaps a slight aspect of egg whiteness to it?

The plug for me had bits of blood in it.

I had bouts of heavy discharge during pregnancy to the extent that I had to wear a panty liner.

So no I wouldn't necessarily say it's your plug sorry

Same as what PepsiLola said - mine was quite bloody.
I also had discharge which got heavier towards the end of my pregnancy and I needed liners too.
It just looks like discharge to me.
How far along are you?

Mine was clear and looked like someone had sneezed heavily at first (sorry! Yuck!) But then firmer, more jelly like stuff came away. I didn't have blood in mine.

Mines was snot like and started at 37 weeks. I had mine couple days of 40 weeks.

Thanks everyone. I'm 38.5 weeks and just been getting a few cramps and pains and diarrhoea on top of this this morning so was just playing that good old symptom spotting drive yourself crazy waiting game! It definitely feels different and thicker to the discharge I have been having before and it sounds like it may not quite be the real deal just yet!

The diarrhoea is a tell tale sign for me, just before I had both kids I had a "clear out" so to speak - and I just emptied.

I mentioned to MW and she said this was how your body prepares for labour x

My plugs were like clear lumps of jelly, a bit blood stained.

I had horrendous diarrhoea before my births, a right good clear out 🙄
