Pain - tip of abdomen

Hi everyone 😊

For the last 24hr I have had a sharp pain in the top-left part of my abdomen - it feels like a spike under the skin! I'm 39+1.

Also tightenings at the top, period pain for the last week or so... is this concentrated pain all part of it or should I be worried?!

Any experience/ advice welcome 🙏
