Feel like I've been impaled! 31 weeks

Has anyone else had something similar? For the past 3 weeks I've had an aching pain under my right rib and corresponding back pain in the same place, like a stake had been pushed in and out the other side.

The back pain is getting much worse to the point I'm crying at times. Paracetamol helps a little but not much. It's now affecting my breathing and it feels like I can only take shallow breaths on that side.

I've rang midwife but she says contact GP which I will do in the morning.

Did anyone else have this too? any ideas if it is normal or not?

Do you have any other symptoms? Itching/dark urine etc? Ruq pain is common with a condition called icp Could be nothing but best to get checked out especially as you’ve had it a few weeks
