Early labour

So I am 33 weeks & 5 days pregnant with my second ! And for the last few days I have been experiencing like I have a bug symptoms feeling sick ! Diarrhoea tmi 🙄 and then this afternoon dull period pains have started ?? Just looking for some advice as not 100% what it could be

I'd give MAU a call. It's how my first labour started. It's likely just a bug but early labour can happen.

Seconding the call to maternity unit- period type pain following pooping was the sign of imminent labour for all of mine.
