Bump denial

Hi,

I’m 14+2 weeks.
My boyfriend keeps telling me I’m getting a bump and tbh I am finding that some of my clothes are getting tight. But then when I feel my stomach it’s still flabbyish, if that makes sense.
I’m not overweight but ideally I would have liked to have been 1 stone lighter before I got pregnant but it is what it is I guess. So I had a pudge. I feel like it was a lot easier to feel the pregnancy when I was early on when I was just feeling for a ball, now it’s really hard to feel.

Being realistic when did you all start to get a pump.

Thanks

Hi 👋🏼
I'm 11 weeks tomorrow and already have a firm bump. Like you I would have liked to have been about a stone lighter than I was before I got pg. I didn't really have a bump (just bloat!) for ages but since turning 11 weeks the bottom of my tummy is a lot more round and firm to touch whereas the top is now soft and squishy.

But everyone is different so don't worry.

I got a bump I could notice at around 18-20 weeks on my first, it was about 28 weeks before others would notice. Why does it matter if it's more difficult to "feel" the pregnancy, do you mean your uterus? There's no need to do that.

My bump popped out at about 18w too, I literally had nothing before that and I’m not overweight.

I can now feel an obstruction for bending to put my socks on etc, but I’m 20w and the bub is 10in long!!

I’m 16 weeks, can feel the baby sometimes but no bump yet. Though my lower tummy has raised a bit.
