Tiny amount of bleeding, 34-35 weeks

I'm 34+5 and I've had a tiny bit of spotting today. It's literally 4 pinhead sized dots of blood in my underwear that I noticed when I went to the toilet, no sign of mucus plug or anything. Baby is moving around fine and I've not had any pain, just braxton hicks which I get most days. I am calling the midwife in the morning but wondering if anyone's had the same and what it could be?

I had a fair amount of blood when wiping at the same gestation and it turned out to be internal thrush and baby was aggravating the cervix further kicking it due to being breech. I would not be concerned about pin prick levels

Can you call tonight OP? Midwives can probably advise you on the phone what they'd recommend

I had a tiny tiny bit of spotting last week at 36 weeks. I rang up to check and they weren’t fussed really. Always worth checking though!

Thank you for your help everyone. I called the midwife this morning and someone's going to call me back to see if I have to be seen or anything. I'm not particularly concerned with the amount being so small so I'll just go by what they say :)
